By participating in the AYOP Pavilion, you benefit from maximum visibility at the exhibition—without having to organize it yourself. Our team takes care of the entire setup! You can present your company in several ways:

➡️ Fully serviced stand 
The stand includes 2 full-color printed walls, furniture (a high table + 3 bar stools, a counter, and a brochure rack). Other sizes are also available. Machteld will gladly explain the options.
Includes registration as an exhibitor with Navingo and AYOP, drinks/snacks/lunch for stand staff, and 4 exhibitor passes. A TV screen can be arranged at an additional cost.

➡️ Luxury tower wall – 1.5 x 4 m 
The tower wall includes a full-color printed panel, a high table + 2 bar stools. A 48” TV can be mounted for an additional fee.
Includes registration as an exhibitor with Navingo and AYOP, lunch/drinks/snacks for stand staff, and 2 exhibitor passes.

➡️ Poster wall – 1 x 3 m 
A full-color printed wall of 3 meters high.
Includes registration as an exhibitor with Navingo and AYOP, catering (lunch/drinks/snacks) for stand staff, and 2 exhibitor passes.

As every year, the Happy Hour, the Herring Party for relations, entertainment, and a professionally designed pavilion are included in the above prices.
