On Tuesday, September 8, we are bringing together AYOP members from education and the business world for a unique matchmaking afternoon at an educational institution in North Holland. No romantic speed dates, but meetings with at least as much potential: the perfect match between education and businesses!
The challenge?
During short speed dates, you can make known the needs you have as well as the opportunities you can offer to education or the business world. So prepare your pitch well by thinking about the question:
What do I have to offer as a school or company?
- What study programs do I offer (education)
- What kind of work environment do I offer (business)
- What is my DNA (Business and Education)
This afternoon, we want to hear from you which matches exist. And we want to find out what mismatches there are. For it is precisely by engaging in dialogue that educational programs can better align with practice, and companies can contribute to training the professionals of today and the future. Together, we ensure that education and companies in the Offshore Energy sector not only get acquainted but also become sustainably connected.
