MIDDLE POINT JOINS AYOP

We welcome a new member! Middle Point, founded in 2007, recruits personnel for the maritime manufacturing industry, shipbuilding, yacht building and the offshore industry. They do this with a lot of passion, creativity and a personal approach. “Through direct contact with employers and candidates, we are able to make the right match.”

Middle Point is strong in mediating candidates from abroad who come to build a career and life in the Netherlands. But also in mediating candidates within the Netherlands itself. For both the match within the Netherlands and abroad, the membership of AYOP can offer good support.

We have been working in the energy sector since we started Middle Point. We are now joining the transition towards new forms of energy. Especially in the Netherlands, especially in the Amsterdam-IJmuiden region.”

FINDING NEW STAFF IS CRUCIAL

With the AYOP membership, Middle Point takes a new step. Dionne Ruurda, director of AYOP: “Finding personnel for the offshore energy sector is crucial to achieve the goals for the energy transition. We are therefore very excited that Middle Point has also joined us. They can put the experience they have gained in recruiting international staff to good use in our region for offshore energy.”
