Chantal Verkerk: new driving force behind AYOP events

The AYOP team welcomes a new member on 1 December as Chantal Verkerk becomes the new Event Manager. Together with Yolanda Los, Chantal will be responsible for organising member meetings, trade show participations and the various other events on the AYOP calendar. She will be available to meet members for the first time at the upcoming Offshore Energy exhibition.

Chantal has worked for a range of companies during her career, with the red thread always being the organisation of events. From staff parties to photoshoots, weddings to corporate celebrations, her creative spirit and drive mean that Chantal is always looking for new innovations.

“Planning and organising are in my DNA,” she says. “I love to ensure that everyone is having a good time while always keeping the purpose of the event to the fore. As event manager at AYOP I’m looking forward to serving as a connection point between members and arranging everything on their behalf.”
