AYOP welcomes new member Van der Valk Taxi Service
Van der Valk Taxi Service recently joined the AYOP association. Owned by Henk van der Valk and located in the IJmond area, the company’s chauffeurs know the North Sea Canal region like the back of their hand. “We provide transport for many companies focused on the environment, including wind farm builders and fishing companies that operate sustainably,” says Henk. “We are aiming to contribute to these goals as a taxi firm and support the activities of AYOP in this field. Together we can help build a cleaner future.”
Specialist in crew changes
The ports in the North Sea Canal region form a dynamic entity where people work day and night, and the Van der Valk Taxi Service chauffeurs are exceptionally familiar with the area. As a preferred partner for many port companies, they transport scores of employees to and from their workplace, hotel or airport on a daily basis. They also handle crew changes from one to one hundred staff for sectors such as fisheries, offshore and wind farms – supporting companies that are always on the move and who are responsible for the bustling nature of the port region. Always ready to provide flexible solutions, Van der Valk Taxi Service meets the specific demands of clients in the North Sea Canal area.
Van der Valk Taxi Service is a young business that is focused on sustainability. Its fleet of Mercedes-Benz and BMWs consists of hybrid vehicles that provide green transport and have a minimal negative effect on the environment.
Sylvia Boer, AYOP director: “Many of our members have a need for comfortable and reliable green transport for their staff, 24/7. The fact that Van der Valk Taxi Service is from the region is a major benefit. They understand the sectors who work here and offer an optimal service.”
