General member meeting with herring party (and plenty for non-fish-fans too)

After two alternative general member meetings, this year will see the return of the traditional AYOP meeting combined with the OV IJmond Herring Party. We hope to see you and many of our members there in person once again!

Held in the meeting room of Zeehaven IJmuiden, our chairman Ron Davio will share the results and milestones of 2021. He will also review the planned activities and goals for 2022 while offering plenty of time for questions and feedback. The agenda and related documents will be provided in advance.

We will then move next door to the old fish market, where OV IJmond will host its famous Herring Party – a popular regional event – for professionals from the region, including AYOP members. While the market will be emptied for the occasion, it will still exude the atmosphere of the traditional fish market during the event. Various treats will be on the menu including herring, other fish delicacies and sushi, with non-fish-lovers also well catered for.
