Join the AYOP Flash Internships during the Week of Equal Opportunities

As part of the Week of Equal Opportunities (November 3–9), we are launching a pilot in the IJmond region – with organizations from across North Holland warmly invited to participate.

On this day, 13 AYOP companies will open their doors to students from Technisch College Velsen (2nd year). During a flash internship, these students will get a hands-on introduction to the job market in just one morning and experience your field of work in practice.

Program

  • Location: At your company (8–10 students)

  • Time: 9:30 – 12:00 (company visit and assignments)

  • Lunch: 12:00 – 13:00, together with all participating companies and students
