Members meeting + Herringparty

This year, our annual General Members meeting will take place at Zeehaven IJmuiden N.V., located at Dokweg 17a in IJmuiden.

Program – June 18, 2026:
15:00 – Reception with coffee and tea at Zeehaven IJmuiden N.V.
15:15 –  Start of the General Members’ Meeting (for AYOP members only)
16:00 – End of the meeting and opportunity to join the Herring Party
18:00 – End of the Herring Party

During the meeting, our chairman Peter van de Meerakker and director Dionne Ruurda will present the results and key milestones of 2025, as well as the planned activities and objectives for 2026. There will be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.

After the meeting, you are welcome to join the traditional Herring Party, organized by OV IJmond. This event will take place in a tent on the Trawlerkade (near number 20), overlooking the fishing harbor, where we celebrate the arrival of the Hollandse Nieuwe.

The agenda and related documents will be sent to you in advance. Entry tickets for the Herring Party will be distributed after the meeting.
